When Will My Order Ship?

Usually within 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays are not considered business days.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Tuesday

When Will I Receive My Order?

Your orders are made and delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Your order may be in pending status when:

  • Order days are on Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays.
  • Overloaded orders on some best seller items
  • Products are temporarily out of stock
  • Delay by the local customs procedures

How Can I Track My Order?

Orders placed on Puro Store take up to 2 business days to process. Tracking will be emailed within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Buyers are allowed to make changes or cancel orders within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Please take note that the refund is 80% of the invoice due to operating cost according to the company policy.

I Only Received One Item, Where Is The Rest?

Orders with multiple items may ship from separate warehouses or temporarily out of stock. If part of the order has been delivered, the other part is on the way.
